Mumm Rose is an original cuvee which combines all the nuance and finesse of Cordon Rouge with the power and fruitiness of Pinot Noir. It's substance is Cordon Rouge, while its clear colour, a mixture of amber and crimson, is provided by the red wine of Bouzy, made with Pinot Noir grapes. With its finesse and elegance, Mumm Rose has charmed and delighted the most discerning of Mumm connoisseurs since the very creation of the House in 1827. Its delicacy and smoothness have given it the rare privilege of being one of the best-loved champagnes.

The origins of Perrier-Jouët lie in a passionate meeting between Pierre Nicolas Perrier, whose family had worked in vineyards since the 18th century, and Adèle Jouët, the daughter of a wine merchant. The couple created the House of Perrier-Jouët and, 3 years later, moved to premises on the avenue de Champagne in Épernay, which has since been nicknamed “the Champs-Élysées of Champagne”. Perrier-Jouët was an instant success and quickly found its way on to royal dining tables. The House became the official supplier to the English court in 1861, and the courts of Sweden and of Léopold 1st, King of Belgium, soon followed suit.

Mumm de Cramant is a rare, precious cuvee made in the purest Champagne tradition since 1882. It's low pressure gives a delicate effervescence. A single-cru cuvee of incomparable purity, blended in the time-honoured tradition with a strict selection of 100% Chardonnay Cramant wines. This favoured terroir produces highly reliable wines, the hallmark of quality and consistency for any great champagne. It's label recalls how business cards were used in the past; a turned-down corner indicated that the bottle of Mumm de Cramant champagne had been hand-delivered. Formerly reserved for the administrators and friends of the House, it is now Mumm's exceptional cuvee.

As a jeweller in his workshop, Cellermaster Herve Deschampes cut each facet of an exceptional 99.2% ranked vinyard. Over thirty crus produce fruit for curvee Belle Epoque. The elegance and minerality of the chardonnays from Cremant and Avise, compliment the delicate and velvety smooth Pinot Noirs from Mailly, Verzenay and Verzy. The final touch is 5% of grapes from Dizy, which adds roundness and lots of fruit aromas. A delicate aroma of white flowers, ripe white fruit such as peaches and pears, balanced with a remarkably persistent palate which travels from aromatic fullness to subtle elegance. The famous enamelled bottle was designed by remound Art Nouveau glassmaker Emile Galle's in 1902 and has adorned every bottle ever since

When size really does count... a Jeroboam of Blanc de Blanc Champagne to help celebrate that extra special occasion! A Jeroboam is a 3 litre bottle, equivalent to 4 standard bottles of Champagne. The term Blanc de Blanc originated in France's Champagne region, where most Champagnes are made from a combination of the white chardonnay grape and the red pinot noir grape. Blanc de Blanc Champagnes are made entirely from Chardonnay, and are light and delicate in flavour. The Pernet family have worked their vineyards in Mesnil sur Oger at the centre of the Champagne region for several generations.

The Purveyor
From one of the oldest houses in Epernay established in 1743, and one of the most famous. Dom Perignon is the finest champagne to come out of Moet and Chandon. The power of this affirmative wine, with its striking magnatism, can be attributed to its presence, depth and length of mouth. Earthy, smoky and pearly, underscored by the vibrant warmth of peppery spice. The intense flavours melt into deep, rounded heart, with a fruity, exotic maturity and a slight touch of aniseed.

Founded in 1843 Krug Grande Cuvee is the supreme demonstration of the Krug art of blending. No recipe can define its intricate harmony, so every year the Krug family works from taste and memory alone to recreate this most complex of champagnes. Typically, Krug Grande Cuvee is blended from as many as 50 wines from three grape varieties, 20 to 25 growths, and six to ten different years. A gleaming gold colour, an extravagantly expansive bouquet, an almost creamy texture. Then, an explosion of flavours, at once mellow and mature, crisp and clean.
